
Pricing Enterprise Strategy Associate Manager
Analyze large sets of complex data to find key insights and identify areas of opportunity for Pricing team to drive value. Develop frameworks for reporting and KPI across key pricing initiatives; provide support for ongoing financial rhythms – monthly & quarterly. Quantify financial impacts of recommendations to size potential pricing investments and opportunities. Communicate findings from complex analysis in clear, concise manner to cross functional partners and members of Pricing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of various business areas (Services, Customer Office, Finance) to recommend solutions to complex business problems. Understand end-to-end financial impacts of pricing actions and how they would be reflected on the P&L of a business.
4+ years’ experience working in pricing analysis, marketing/consumer analytics or financial analysis
Experience managing cross functional partnerships with groups such as Merchandising, IT, Supply Chain and Finance
Must be highly developed in the following competencies: Decision Making, Drive for Results, Priority Setting and Problem Solving
