  2. Utilize knowledge of Best Buy products and services to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.

  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and utilize them to create visually appealing displays and store layouts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and incorporate them into store displays and designs.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image.
  7. Effectively communicate with customers to build rapport and establish trust, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, handling any customer concerns or issues with a positive attitude.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  11. Utilize point-of-sale systems and other technology to accurately process transactions and track inventory.

  13. Continuously strive to improve sales and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.

  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Space Design, Preferably In The Electronics Industry

  • Proficiency In Autocad, 3D Rendering Software, And Other Design Programs

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Behavior And The Ability To Create Engaging And Functional Retail Spaces

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Design Concepts To Stakeholders.
