  1. Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the outlet location.
  2. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  3. Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  5. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized outlet location to create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services through training and development opportunities.
  9. Use effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  10. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist customers.

  13. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  14. Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
