  1. Greet customers warmly and provide an inviting and friendly atmosphere upon their arrival at the store.
  2. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
  3. Listen to customer needs and make appropriate recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
  4. Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered in the store and stay up-to-date with new technology trends.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  11. Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers.
  12. Strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations at all times.
  13. Continuously seek feedback from customers and use it to improve the overall shopping experience.
  14. Stay updated with company policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
