Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized advice and guidance on products and services.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of current technology trends and products.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the best products and services that meet their needs.
  4. Answer customer questions and provide technical support.
  5. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and completing transactions.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
  7. Stock shelves and maintain store displays.
  8. Monitor store inventory and restock products as needed.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
  10. Work collaboratively with other employees to meet store goals.
