Nikon Specialist

In this role, you will be the go-to expert on Nikon products, helping customers navigate their choices and get the most out of their Nikon experience. If you have a genuine interest in photography, a knack for understanding customer needs, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Nikon products, from cameras to lenses, as well as an understanding of the photography industry. You must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and provide helpful solutions to customers. A background in retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities: • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers on Nikon products • Act as an expert on Nikon cameras, lenses, and other products • Provide helpful solutions to customers seeking assistance • Greet customers and identify their needs • Educate customers on the features and benefits of Nikon products • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of photography and the photography industry • Upsell Nikon products to customers • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions • Maintain an organized and clean work environment • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and new Nikon products • Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as customer service and cashiering
