Nikon Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Nikon Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. Our Nikon Specialists are passionate about photography and have a deep knowledge of Nikon products. As a Nikon Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and expert advice to customers who are interested in purchasing Nikon cameras, lenses, and other accessories. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with excellent customer service skills. You must also be a passionate photographer who is able to provide in-depth knowledge of Nikon products. If you have an eye for detail, a friendly demeanor, and a desire to help customers find the perfect Nikon setup for their photography needs, then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

6. Keep the sales floor organized and stocked with the necessary supplies.
7. Answer customer questions regarding Nikon products and services.
8. Assist with product training for new and existing staff members.
9. Identify sales opportunities and upsell products when appropriate.
10. Process customer orders and payments accurately.
