As the Nikon specialist, you will be responsible for representing the Nikon brand, providing technical support and product advice, and helping customers make informed decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Nikon cameras, lenses, and accessories, as well as a comprehensive understanding of digital photography and imaging. You should also have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and product advice to customers on Nikon cameras, lenses, and accessories
• Represent the Nikon brand to customers in a positive and knowledgeable manner
• Help customers make informed decisions when purchasing Nikon products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nikon products, digital photography, and imaging
• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist with merchandise displays, inventory management, and promotional activities
• Provide customers with technical troubleshooting and repair support
