This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft products and their features, and the ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on these products.

  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' technology needs and recommending appropriate Microsoft products.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Windows, Office, and Surface devices.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Microsoft products to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting their Microsoft devices, including providing technical support and troubleshooting any issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products and updates, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Microsoft products to customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create an inviting and professional atmosphere for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers by providing personalized and tailored solutions for their technology needs.
