As a Microsoft Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who visit our store.
  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise with Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and Surface devices.
  3. Assist customers in finding the right Microsoft products to meet their needs and budget.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and updates to effectively assist customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Uphold the company's policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Attend training and development programs to further enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
