  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability for the marketplace operations at Best Buy.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, including product selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  3. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
