  • Serve as the main point of contact and expert for all LG home theater products and services at Best Buy
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their home entertainment needs and make personalized product recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest LG home theater products, features, and technology to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and functionality to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist customers with product set-up, troubleshooting, and technical support, both in-store and over the phone
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling LG home theater products and services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department to enhance the customer shopping experience
