  1. Perform in-home technology installations for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the installation process.
  4. Educate customers on the features and functions of their new technology products.
  5. Follow safety protocols and company procedures while conducting installations.
  6. Maintain and update technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products.
  7. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve customer experience.
  8. Keep accurate records of installations and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
  9. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality, code of conduct, and safety guidelines.

  12. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
