Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions and providing advice on home theater components • Assist with the installation of home theater systems, including mounting TVs, connecting components, and troubleshooting technical issues • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is handled properly • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors • Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company policies and procedures • Work flexible hours and be available to work evenings and weekends as needed • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of installations and customer feedback
