Responsibilities:

1. Assist lead home theater installation technicians with installation and repair of home theater systems.
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
6. Follow instructions and guidelines provided by lead technicians.
7. Remain up-to-date on best practices and techniques for home theater installation and repair.
8. Ensure all installation work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Ensure all equipment is properly installed and tested before client delivery.
10. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
