Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of home theater systems, including wiring, mounting, and setup
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and assisting with product selection
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to home theater systems
  • Ensure efficient and accurate completion of all projects
  • Stay up-to-date on new home theater technologies and products
  • Assist in the training of new team members
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Liaise with suppliers and managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
