In this role, you will use your technical expertise and customer service skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of technology products, from laptops to smartphones to home appliances. As a Senior Agent, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training other agents, ensuring that our team provides exceptional service to our customers.   1. Diagnose and repair a variety of technology products, including laptops, smartphones, and home appliances.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions for customers.
  3. Provide top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
  4. Mentor and train other agents to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products to provide knowledgeable and informed support to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and repairs performed.

  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for the Geek Squad Repair Services team.
  10. Act as a role model for other agents by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge.
