  1. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge of various technology products and systems to provide effective solutions for customer issues.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for other agents within the Repair Services division.
  4. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  5. Continuously stay updated on emerging technology and industry trends to better assist customers and improve processes.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement efficient and effective repair processes.
  7. Prioritize and manage workload to ensure all customer inquiries and repairs are handled promptly and accurately.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using our internal systems.
  9. Provide training and mentorship to junior agents to improve their technical skills and customer service abilities.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing any concerns or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Contribute to the development and improvement of repair policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  12. Uphold company values and standards, representing the Geek Squad brand with integrity and professionalism.
