Leadership Skills: As A Senior Agent, The Candidate Must Have Strong Leadership Abilities To Lead A Team Of Repair Agents And Delegate Tasks Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Conflicts And Provide Guidance To Junior Agents.
