  1. Lead a team of Agents: The Senior Agent will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective repair services.
  2. Provide top-notch repair services: The Senior Agent will utilize their extensive knowledge and expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of technology products, including computers, mobile devices, and appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Mentor and train team members: The Senior Agent will be responsible for training and mentoring new Agents, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to help them improve their technical skills and customer service abilities.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction: The Senior Agent will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their repair needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
  5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues: The Senior Agent will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that may arise during the repair process, utilizing their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
