As a helper, you will provide support to our Geek Squad Agents in installing and setting up various technology products for our customers. - Assist Geek Squad Agents in installing and setting up technology products for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various technology products and their set-up processes.
- Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while on customer premises.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills in new technology products and installation techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols, at all times.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the installation process to enhance customer experience.
- Meet performance goals and targets set by management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
- Represent Best Buy in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Technical Knowledge: The Geek Squad Installation Helper Must Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Knowledgeable About Various Electronic Devices And Systems, Including Computers, Home Theater Systems, And Smart Home Technology.
Customer Service Skills: As A Customer-Facing Role, The Geek Squad Installation Helper Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Customers And Provide Them With A Positive Experience.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Job Requires The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Technical Issues That May Arise During Installations, Requiring A Strong Problem-Solving Mindset And Attention To Detail.
