In this role, you will assist our Geek Squad Agents with installing and repairing various technology products for our customers.   1. Assist Geek Squad Agents with installation and repair of various technology products for customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
  3. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations or repairs.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all products are installed correctly and functioning properly.
  5. Work collaboratively with Geek Squad team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations and repairs.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and products in order to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  7. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers, representing the Best Buy brand.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
  9. Assist with inventory management and organization of installation equipment and supplies.
  10. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and self-learning opportunities.
