- Assist Geek Squad technicians with the installation and setup of various technology products for customers, including but not limited to computers, TVs, home theater systems, and smart home devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Use knowledge and understanding of technology to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with both customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and seamless installation experience.
