1. Assist Geek Squad technicians with the installation and setup of various technology products for customers, including but not limited to computers, TVs, home theater systems, and smart home devices.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Use knowledge and understanding of technology to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
5. Communicate effectively and clearly with both customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and seamless installation experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and products to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
