  1. Assist Geek Squad Agents in installing and setting up various technology products for customers.
  2. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to effectively assist with installations.
  3. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
