  1. Install and set up home theater systems for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with home theater equipment, including TVs, sound systems, and projectors.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing any concerns or questions.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
  5. Continuously update knowledge and skills on the latest home theater technology and products.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and proper handling of equipment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of services provided and inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with other Geek Squad team members to share knowledge and support each other.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products or services to customers.
  10. Adhere to scheduling and appointment guidelines to ensure timely service for customers.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work space and equipment.
  12. Uphold the Geek Squad brand and represent Best Buy in a positive and professional manner.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Geek Squad services and products to potential customers.
  14. Provide on-site training and assistance to customers on how to use their home theater systems effectively.
  15. Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new technology and company policies.
