  1. Safely and efficiently deliver and install technology products for customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during delivery and installation.
  3. Act as a representative for Best Buy and Geek Squad, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  4. Utilize knowledge and understanding of technology products to troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or installation issues.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and transporting technology products.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized delivery and installation records.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes or delays.
  8. Collaborate with the Geek Squad team to ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of products.
  9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  10. Report any product or delivery issues to management in a timely manner.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
  12. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and parking.
  13. Perform regular vehicle maintenance and report any issues to management.
  14. Assemble and disassemble products as needed for delivery and installation.
  15. Provide support to other team members as needed to meet delivery and installation deadlines.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record: As A Delivery Driver, You Will Be Responsible For Safely Transporting Products To Customers' Homes. A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Technology And Electronics: Geek Squad Delivery Drivers Are Expected To Have A Strong Understanding Of Technology And Electronics, As They Will Be Delivering And Setting Up Complex Products Such As Tvs, Home Theater Systems, And Appliances.

  • Customer Service Skills: As The Face Of Best Buy, Delivery Drivers Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Professional, And Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers.

  • Physical Ability: Delivery Drivers Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items, Often Up And Down Stairs. Therefore, Physical Strength And Stamina Are Important Qualifications For This Role.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: Delivery Drivers Are Responsible For Making Multiple Deliveries In A Timely Manner, While Also Ensuring That Products Are Set Up Correctly. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
