1. Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
2. Safely load and unload products onto delivery vehicle.
3. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure safe operation.
4. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and answer any questions or concerns.
5. Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
6. Maintain accurate delivery records and update inventory systems.
7. Troubleshoot any delivery issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and delivering products.
9. Assist with in-store duties when not making deliveries, such as answering customer questions and providing product information.
10. Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
11. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
12. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide feedback to management.
13. Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality and safety protocols.
14. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management for further action.
