2. Provide technical support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding any technical issues or questions they may have. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries: Create delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Communicate any delays or issues to customers in a professional and timely manner.
4. Maintain a high level of customer service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
5. Stay up-to-date on technology: Keep up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical skills.
6. Safely transport products: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to safely transport products to customer locations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving company vehicles.
7. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the Geek Squad team, including technicians and sales associates, to coordinate deliveries and installations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Maintain inventory and equipment: Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment is stocked and in good working condition. Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, customer service standards, and delivery and installation guidelines.
10. Uphold company values: Represent the Best Buy brand and values at all times, including integrity, respect, and excellence. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
