  4. Educate customers on product features and benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other Geek Squad team members to provide comprehensive solutions and a seamless customer experience.

  7. Uphold the company's values and follow all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy by promoting the company's products and services to customers.
