  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' technology needs.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of the latest tech trends to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on new technology products and services offered by Best Buy.
  7. Demonstrate strong communication skills when explaining technical solutions to customers.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer privacy and data protection.
