  9. Continuously improve technical skills through training and development opportunities.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with challenging customers and situations.
  11. Represent the company and the Geek Squad brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  13. Assist with inventory management and product merchandising as needed.
  14. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  15. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
