  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Best Buy customers.

  3. Assist customers in finding the right technology solutions for their needs.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in-store.
  5. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various technology products.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers.
  7. Collaborate with other Geek Squad Agents and store team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
  8. Stay updated on new technology and industry trends to better assist customers.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  13. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  14. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  15. Represent the Best Buy brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
