  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients seeking technical support.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for various devices and systems.
  3. Assist customers with setting up and installing new technology products.

  5. Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve hardware and software problems.
