  1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their tech needs and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize your extensive knowledge of technology to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  4. Educate customers on the use and functionality of their tech devices and recommend additional products or services that would enhance their experience.
  5. Collaborate with other Geek Squad Agents and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and policies.
  7. Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions using company systems.
  8. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective service to customers.
  9. Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and self-education.
  10. Assist in the setup and installation of technology products for customers.
  11. Provide support and guidance to customers on warranty claims and product returns.
  12. Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy, respect, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and best practices.
