  6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, as well as assist with complex technical issues.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer devices and personal information.
  8. Continuously learn and update skills to keep up with advancements in technology and provide the best possible service to customers.
  9. Meet or exceed sales goals by recommending and selling products and services that meet customer needs.
  10. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating as needed to resolve issues.
  11. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided in the company's systems.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and processes.
