Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Geek Squad Agent Is The Face Of Best Buy And Must Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Solutions In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
