  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  2. Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in technology to assist customers with their technical needs.
  3. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
  4. Assist customers in understanding and selecting the appropriate technology products and services to meet their needs.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with other Geek Squad Agents and team members to effectively manage and prioritize workload.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive and professional shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Best Buy's products and services to customers.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Assist with inventory management and product replenishment to ensure availability for customers.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and assisting colleagues when needed.
