  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their technology needs.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with various electronic devices, including computers, phones, and home appliances.
  3. Offer solutions and recommendations to customers based on their specific needs and budget.
  4. Educate customers on product features and functions to enhance their overall experience.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the latest technology and products.
  6. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to product warranties, returns, and exchanges.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  8. Collaborate with other Geek Squad Agents to provide timely and efficient service to customers.
  9. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  12. Adhere to security and safety protocols to protect customer information and company assets.
  13. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and overall store operations.
  15. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changes and new technology.
  16. Uphold and promote Best Buy's values and brand image at all times.
