  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customers' technology issues
  • Educate customers on the latest gadgets and devices in the store and recommend the best solutions for their needs
  • Ensure all customers receive a positive and memorable experience in the store
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new technology and products in order to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless and efficient service to customers
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining displays and products in the store
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges in the store
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
