Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys helping people, and has strong customer service skills.The Geek Squad Agent will be responsible for providing tech support to customers, troubleshooting and fixing technical issues, and providing solutions to customer’s technology needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computers and technology and be able to provide excellent customer service.The ideal Geek Squad Agent will have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail setting, superb customer service skills, and knowledge of current technology. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, multitask, and provide excellent customer service.
