  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and their technology issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve customer technology problems, both in-person and remotely.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and products in order to provide accurate and knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Best Buy brand and values.
  5. Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and managers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, and comply with all standards and regulations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and tools used for repairs.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and problem resolution.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, promoting our products and services to customers.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, including attending training and development sessions.
