  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise in technology to assist customers with their technical needs, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  3. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts and solutions to customers.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  5. Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to meet customers' needs.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and assist with product set-up and installation.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Use company resources and tools to efficiently and accurately complete tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
  9. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
  10. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Represent the Geek Squad and Best Buy brand with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  14. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  15. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
