- Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner, both in person and over the phone, to provide updates on repair status and answer any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring repairs are done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and repair techniques to provide the best service possible.
- Follow company protocols and procedures for handling and documenting all repairs.
