  1. Provide advanced technical support and repair services to customers for a variety of devices.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues with devices.
  3. Repair devices efficiently and effectively, ensuring quality standards are met.
  4. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing updates and information on repair status.
  5. Educate and assist customers with device setup and usage.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques to provide the best service possible.
  7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of repairs and customer interactions.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals.
