  1. Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues for customers' devices.
  2. Provide top-notch technology solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best solutions to customers.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of repair processes.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and provide support when needed.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures in regards to repair processes and customer interactions.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve repair processes and customer experiences.
  10. Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  11. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and parts are available for repairs.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electronic devices.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Support and promote the Geek Squad brand and services to customers.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
