  1. Perform advanced repairs on a variety of technology devices including computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in order to effectively repair and troubleshoot devices.
