  1. Diagnose and repair a variety of technology products, including but not limited to computers, laptops, smartphones, and home entertainment systems.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology products and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in the industry.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide updates on the status of their devices.
  6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when documenting repair processes and customer interactions.
  7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and provide support when needed.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while working with technology products.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.
