  1. Utilize advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair a variety of technology devices, including but not limited to computers, laptops, mobile phones, and gaming consoles.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers to understand their technology issues and concerns.
  3. Deliver timely and accurate repair solutions to customers, ensuring their devices are fully functional and meeting their expectations.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing the Geek Squad brand and promoting a positive image of our team.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve repair processes and provide the best service to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support each other in solving complex technical issues.
  7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and services provided, to ensure proper billing and inventory management.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  9. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including repair turnaround time and customer satisfaction ratings.
  10. Support sales initiatives by promoting Geek Squad services and upselling additional products and services to customers when applicable.
