You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers while diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team in delivering the best customer service experience possible.The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, including experience with PC repair and hardware and software installation. Additionally, they should have a knack for customer service and communication, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts to customers. A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques is also important.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to Best Buy customers over the phone and in-store.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the latest technology and repair techniques.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Install hardware and software for customers.
- Repair PCs and other electronics for customers.
