Job Qualifications
  • Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Computer Repair And Troubleshooting Is Required For This Role. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Technical Support Position Is Also Preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software, Including Operating Systems, Network Troubleshooting, And Virus/Malware Removal. Experience With Both Mac And Pc Systems Is A Plus.

  • Certifications: A+ Certification And/Or Other Relevant Technical Certifications Are Highly Desired. Candidates With Certifications In Areas Such As Network+, Security+, And Apple Certified Mac Technician (Acmt) Will Be Given Preference.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Ability To Explain Technical Information In A Clear And Understandable Manner To Customers Is Crucial.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent Must Possess Critical Thinking Skills To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. The Ability To Troubleshoot And Think Outside The Box Is Essential For Success In This Role.
